The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping company. No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.
VAT & duties may be payable if you live outside of the UK and will have to be covered by the receiver.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want all our customer to be happy with their orders, however if for any reason you are not Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
products must be in original condition, unwashed and completely unused. we can not refund goods that have been used and / or washed unless they are deemed to be faulty by us.
It is the customers responsibility to return the goods and we cannot take responsibility for return shipping costs or lost packages so please keep a record of the tracking number when shipping the package
Once we receive the goos in their original condition, the refund will be issued, you will note be reimbursed for any shipping charges
Refunds can only be given if you have bought the items directly from our online shop. All other returns must go through the retailer you purchased from.
If you change your mind for any reason and would like a different print/ colour, please return your original purchase and place a new order online
To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Where possible we will do our best to cancel, however if order has already been shipped please return once received and we shall refund the product cost. Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs on cancellations if the order has already been shipped.
Warranty is extended to the original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied.
All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, we will organise a replacement and will cover associated postage costs.

CLAIMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (NOT LIMITED TO):
Shrinkage in natural fibres
Accidental damage on nappy: PUL delamination from high temperature washing, excessive sun damage through drying, tumble drying
Accidental damage on inserts: via non-compliant wash routines, washing above 60 degrees, soaking, nappy barrier cream, fabric softeners, bleach, detergents containing: whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils, vinegar, natural soaps.
Any type of modification such as cutting, stitching, removing aspects etc. (including the care label)
Excessive wear and tear
We don't guarantee delivery nor offer any refunds or exchanges based on the late arrival of expected deliveries. We use Royal Mail 48 hour service for UK orders.
